It also teaches practical skills for aspiring yoga teachers, such as class sequencing, demonstration techniques, and classroom preparation. This course is a minimum requirement to become a certified yoga instructor.
First, students should apply for a tourist visa as it is easy and granted from the Indian embassy in a short period of time, the purpose of visiting India should be yoga retreats or Ayurveda retreats.
