Born in the sacred city of Rishikesh, the “Yoga Capital of the World,” Yogi Sachin’s journey began amidst the spiritual currents of the Himalayas. With a P.G. Diploma and Master's degree in Yoga, he has trained extensively across traditional ashrams in Rishikesh. His commitment to deepening his practice led him to Mysore, where he studied under the KPJAYI lineage and earned authorization from Guruji Sharath Jois to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

Originally from Moscow, Liubov transitioned from a successful geophysics career to the spiritual discipline of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Her life changed in 2011 when she experienced the energetic transformation of Mysore-style practice, leading her to study directly under Sharath Jois in Mysore. Over years of dedication, she earned authorization to teach the authentic tradition of Ashtanga.
Upon returning to Moscow, she continued her anatomical and biomechanical training with international instructors, merging scientific precision with yogic wisdom. Her classes offer a unique blend of conscious movement, injury-free alignment, and body awareness rooted in traditional practice.
