Once you have developed a comfortable and natural breathing pattern, you are ready to begin your journey into beginner pranayama online. Many people believe pranayama is simply a collection of breathing exercises, but it is much more than that.
Pranayama is a traditional system of conscious breathwork that helps improve physical wellbeing, mental clarity, and overall vitality. Through structured breath awareness, you learn how to use your breath as a powerful tool for health and balance.
This 9-day beginner pranayama online course introduces authentic breathwork techniques in a simple and practical way. Through live online training, you will learn classical breathing practices that help reduce stress, improve focus, increase energy, and build a strong daily pranayama routine.
Our beginner-level curriculum is specifically designed to shift your practice from passive inhalation to conscious, intentional energy regulation. By introducing classical yoga breathing exercises in a highly supportive, progressive environment, you will discover how to use your respiratory rhythm as a direct dashboard for your nervous system.
This phase emphasizes purifying your internal energetic pathways (Nadis) and developing your capacity for sustained breath control. Under the guidance of authentic Himalayan instructors, this immersion ensures you master the exact structural setups, traditional hand gestures (Mudras), and physical alignments required to practice independently at home without experiencing tension or dizziness.
Individuals who practice physical postures (Asanas) but want to unlock the profound, internal shifts of traditional breath awareness.
Students who have successfully corrected shallow chest habits and feel ready to introduce structured, classical breathing ratios.
Anyone searching for a natural, fast-acting routine to clear away morning brain fog and soothe midday stress.
People eager to anchor their mornings with a powerful, lifelong daily breathwork ritual rooted in an authentic Indian lineage.

Yogi Kalpendra Chauhan Ji has been teaching Pranayama and Yoga Nidra for over 25 years — long before these practices became trends. Raised in a traditional spiritual family in Rishikesh, his teaching is rooted in direct experience, ancient methods, and a deep understanding of how breath and conscious rest heal the nervous system from the inside.
Holding a Master's Degree in Yoga Science, he has guided hundreds of students through insomnia, chronic anxiety, burnout, grief, and spiritual seeking — always returning to the same truth: the breath knows the way. With a gentle, patient, and simple teaching style, he specialises in breaking down ancient secrets into easy, everyday habits — helping you sit comfortably, breathe fully, and build a safe foundation for a healthier life.
We recognize that one-size-fits-all instruction falls short in holistic wellness. To guarantee you master these foundational methods correctly, our traditional masters from Rishikesh guide you through an interactive, highly individual journey.
Through fully interactive, real-time video sessions, our instructors analyze your posture and breathing pace. This live feedback ensures you are executing every technique safely, accurately, and with zero physical strain.
We take into account your day-to-day lifestyle, stress triggers, and unique energy baseline. This assessment helps you identify exactly which classical breathing techniques best support your individual health goals.
You will graduate with a comprehensive, practical knowledge of traditional pranayama—including Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing) and Bhramari (Humming Bee Breath)—leaving you fully capable of maintaining a confident solo routine.
