Once you have mastered the basics of conscious breathing, it is time to elevate your physical and energetic practice. A common pitfall for intermediate students is remaining comfortable with basic routines and never fully testing their respiratory efficiency.
In this 9-day intermediate online breathwork course, we pivot toward the true engine of traditional yoga science: Kumbhaka, or intentional breath holding. These interactive digital sessions teach you how to safely utilize breath retention to expand lung capacity, reset an overstimulated nervous system, and reach profound mental clarity.
Guided live from our center in India, this intermediate pranayama course online helps you build confidence with advanced breathing patterns, longer retention techniques, and a refined daily breath training routine.
Our intermediate-tier curriculum introduces dynamic purification methods and structured respiratory ratios: inhale, hold, and exhale. By safely incorporating conscious breath holds, you train the brain and nervous system to remain calm under high-stress conditions.
This deep dive takes you through classical techniques like Kapalabhati, also known as Shining Skull Breath, and internal energetic seals called Bandhas. The training gives you a biological and psychological toolkit to lift mental fatigue, dissolve persistent brain fog, and permanently upgrade your morning breathwork routine.

Intermediate techniques use retention and active purification methods. A stable foundation helps you expand without dizziness, strain, or unnecessary nervous system activation.
Yogi Kalpendra Chauhan Ji has been teaching Pranayama and Yoga Nidra for over 25 years. Raised in a traditional spiritual family in Rishikesh, his teaching is rooted in direct experience, ancient methods, and a deep understanding of how breath and conscious rest heal the nervous system from the inside.
Holding a Master's Degree in Yoga Science, he guides students with a gentle, patient, and precise teaching style. In this intermediate program, he helps you practice retention and purification methods safely, without forcing the breath or overwhelming the nervous system.
Mass-produced wellness tracks fail to support true transformation. To help you safely manage the biochemical and energetic shifts that accompany breath holding, our expert masters from Rishikesh guide you through an interactive, individual process.
During live Google Meet classes, instructors closely track your physical ease and pacing during Kumbhaka. We watch for subtle indicators of jaw tension, chest tightness, or strain so you expand lung volume safely.
We analyze how your mind and body adapt to structured breathing intervals. This helps you read your nervous system's boundaries, making sure the exercises melt stress instead of triggering anxiety.
You graduate with an advanced, self-sufficient framework featuring Kapalabhati and precise internal energy locks. You will be ready to blend these methods into your home routine to reduce brain fog and master daily productivity.
Our 9-Day Intermediate Program begins on the 21st of every month. To guarantee close, individual oversight from our master teachers, live enrollment slots are strictly capped.
